Ashley Woodside recorded a pair of victories as the Colby-Sawyer women's tennis team made history again in the NCAA Tournament. Woodside teamed with freshman Yashu Yang to win 8-3 over Johnson & Wales' top duo and then recorded the match-clinching point at the top singles flight by defeating her opponent 6-2, 6-2 to send Colby-Sawyer to the second round for the third year in a row. Also with the win, Woodside tied Ashlyn Ramsay '16 in career victories with 128. Woodside became the all-time leader in singles wins with 58 and is second in doubles wins with 70. She also set single-season records with 22 doubles wins and 39 total wins.
