Senior Karl Nyholm won Saturday's shot put event with the 15th best distance in the nation this year at 15.81 meters to lead the men's indoor track and field team at the Wesleyan Invitational held at Bacon Field House. Nyholm won the event that featured 43 competitors with the mark of 15.81 meters, just missing his school record distance of 15.83m.
