Colby-Sawyer College Athletics

Devoid led the Colby-Sawyer baseball offense in a 2-2 opening week with eight hits. He finished the week with .615 batting average and an impressive .846 slugging percentage. Devoid had a team best three doubles and tied for the team lead with four RBIs. In the season opener, a 14-6 win over Becker, the senior went 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three RBI. He followed with a 2-for-3 effort in a close 9-6 loss. Devoid finished the weekend with a hit in each of the last two games.
