Cayer won a pair of individual events and was a member of two winning relay teams. He cruised to a victory in the 50 butterfly with a time of 27.15 and added a win in the 50 freestyle in a time of 23.83. Cayer combined with Mason Amitrano, Josh Paszczuk and Jameson Ploch to win the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:49.91 and the 200 freestyle relay in a time of 1:38.06.
