Tomasi performed very well at the Mount Holyoke Track and Field Invitational on Saturday. She was part of the 4x100 that set a new school record, smashing the previous 14-year old mark of 52.73 by almost a second. The team, who qualified for the New England Championships, finished in a time of 51.88 and placed second in the race. Tomasi then took second in the 100 meter dash (13.63) and finished the afternoon by just missing a school record by .08 in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.33. She took second place in the event.
