POOL SCHEDULE
Water aerobics classes are offered at a fee payable at the front desk. Classes may be attended on a drop-in basis. The fee is $5 for non-members, free to members.
Water aerobics is a great workout consisting of a warm-up, cardiovascular work, cool-down, body shaping, and stretches for all the major muscle groups. Our instructors follow guidelines in accordance with aquatic exercise principles established by the Aquatic Exericise Association.
You do not need to know how to swim. Your head stays out of the water during the entire class and you may choose not to exercise in deep water.
If you have any questions about the class or your ability to participate, please do not hesitate to ask the instructor.
