Aerobic and fitness classes are held in the aerobics room, located on the second floor of the Hogan Sports Center. The room features a suspended wooden floor and mirrors along one wall. Our instructors are professionally certified to bring you safe, fun exercise classes.

Class Schedule
Boot Camp – For all you die-hards that want to push your limits a little harder… welcome to basic training.
Cardio/Strength Forever Fit – This class is split between cardio and strength followed by stretch and cool down.
Cardio/Core Strength – This class incorporates different styles of cardio conditioning combined with core strength movements.
Cardio Dance – A class that incorporates Latin, Salsa, Jazz and Hip-Hop styles of dance for a great cardio workout!
Conditioning Forever Fit - Strength, balance and stretch are the focus in this class that uses stability balls, weights, and bands.
Core Strength & Pilates/Core Strength– this class focuses on abdominal, and low back muscles, the foundation of a strong body.
Group/Strength – This class focuses on muscular endurance using hand-weights, body bar, and your own bodyweight.
Spinning – This class has you pedaling up and down hills all to heart pumping music that kicks butt.
Progressive Step/Strength – With or without the step, simple choreography for a great cardio class with sets of hand-weights thrown in.
Step Cardio Mix – Mix it up with Hi/Lo and Step in this one hour class. Abdominal work is usually integrated at the end of class.
Turbo Kick – An addictive and effective workout that combines shadow boxing, mixed martial arts, & high-energy sports drills.
Yoga - Active, Vinyasa, Kripalu, & Hatha – These classes can help you to improve strength, flexibility, and stamina. Proper breathing techniques will be introduced to help you to sustain postures and reduce stress. They each offer their own flavor of focus.
Zumba - A combination of dance and fitness set to Latin American Music that is easy to follow, give you a great workout, and let you go at your own pace by learn how to do steps for Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia.
Zumba Gold – The Zumba workout with a little less of the fancy footwork, but just as much high-energy fun.
Zumba Toning - the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
