NEW LONDON, N.H. – February 7, 2013 – Five Colby-Sawyer student-athletes have been named to the 2012 Fall North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Academic Team.

The North Atlantic Conference is proud to announce the 2012 Fall All-Academic honorees. Ninety-three student-athletes who participated in a fall sport received recognition. To be honored, a student-athlete must have reached junior academic standing, have competed a minimum two years of varsity competition at their institution with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50.

The women's soccer team landed four on the list, which included repeat honorees senior Colleen Coburn (Middletown, Conn.), senior Ashley Reis (Stowe, Vt.) and senior Vee Smith (Milford, N.H.). Junior Adrienne Bender (Wakefield, R.I.) also was named to the team.

Women's tennis senior Claire Toffey (Barnstable, Mass.) garnered All-Academic accolades for the second straight season.
